प्राण-अपान के पंखों से,फैलाए पंख उड़ता रहा 

अनगिन दिन बीते मगर स्वर्ग-अभीष्ट जाता रहा ।। 

प्राण......... 

अगणित अभीष्ट पाने को हम कुछ तो प्रयास करते रहे 

जब तक प्रयास हुआ ना सफल होकर बेचैन सहते रहे पूर्ण होगी कल्पनाए, कल्पनाएं करते रहे ।। 

प्राण........... 

इच्छा थी स्वर्गलोक की बनके 'हरी' वह उड़ता रहा 

ज्ञान- कर्म के बल पर स्वर्ग- कामना करता रहा 

कब से यह हंस उड़ रहा,स्वर्गीय राह तकता रहा ।। 

प्राण.......... 

दिन तो हजारों गए गुजर,पंख फैले ही रहे मगर 

ना ही अभीष्ट- स्वर्ग मिला ना उड़ान ने थामा सफर 

हृदय में दैवी गुण लिए चाहता है स्वर्ग- प्रतर

अजरत्व,अमरत्व, निष्कामत्व इन देवत्वों के आश्रय 

नाना योनि नाना देशों में देख रहा वस्तु भुवनों की लय स्वर्ग-प्राप्ति का हर देश जिसके लिए बना हृदय ।। 

प्राण.......... 

दिन-रात हर पल चेष्टा किए, स्वर्ग ढूंढ रहा है यह हंस 

ज्ञान कर्म दो पर्ंणों से करता है गतियाँ फैला के पंख 

ऐ हंस! बैठ जा, पंख समेट, छोड़ दे भय हो जा नि:शंक प्राण........... 

ऐ हंस!भोगों से हो जा विरक्त उड़ जाना है आनन्दधाम बन्धन से मुक्ति का मौन सफर, पार लगा देंगे भगवन् 

मुक्ति मिलेगी चिरकाल तक,जन्म बन्धन से होगा उपराम प्राण........

प्राण-अपान= स्वाच्छोस्वास 

अभीष्ट= मनोरथ 

'हरि'= इधर-उधर फिरने वाला 

प्रतर=पार होना

अजरत्व= विनाश ना होना

अमरत्व= अमर होना

निष्कामत्व= त्याग पूर्ण भावना

पर्ण=पंख

नि:शंक=सन्देह रहित

उपराम= वैराग्य

मनुष्य प्रतिक्षण चेष्टायमान है। जीव को दिन-रात किसी न किसी अभीष्ट के पाने की चाह या किसी के दु:ख को हटाने की चाह लगी रहती है और उसके लिए वह सदा कुछ- न- कुछ करता रहता है। जीव को तब तक चैन नहीं मिल सकता जबतक की वह उस अवस्था में न पहुंच जाए, जहां उसे कुछ कमी ना रहेगी,जहां उसकी सब कामनाएं पूर्ण हो जाएंगी, सब दु:ख समाप्त हो जायेंगे। वह स्वर्गलोक को पाने के लिए यह 'हरि'( इधर-उधर फिरने वाला) हंस न जाने कब से उड़ रहा है। यह अपने अभीष्ट लोक को कब पहुंचेगा? यह लगातार ज्ञान और कर्म के सहारे से उस स्वर्ग को न जाने कब से ढूंढ रहा है! सुख- प्राप्ति के विषय में उसे जो ज्ञान मिलता है उसके अनुसार वह कर्म करता है, कर्म करने के बाद उसे कुछ अन्य नया अनुभव (ज्ञान) मिलता है तो वह फिर उसके अनुसार कर्म करता है। इस प्रकार यह हंस अपने ज्ञान और कर्म (अन्दर से बाहर की ओर चेष्टा और बाहर से अन्दर की ओर चेष्टा प्राण और अपान )के पंखों को हिलता हुआ उड़ा चला जा रहा है। हज़ारों दिन बीत गए हैं पर उसके पंख फैले ही हुए हैं। न उसे अभीष्ट स्वर्ग मिलता है और ना वह अपनी उड़ान बन्द करता है। पर मजे़दार बात यह है कि स्वर्ग के सब देवों को सब देव-गुणों को अजरत्व, अमरत्व, निष्कामत्व, पूर्णत्व आदि सब देवताओं को--अपने हृदय में लिए हुए फिर रहा है। वह लाखों योनियों में लोगों में, नाना देशों में, उड़ रहा है। 

इस जगत् की सब उत्पन्न वस्तुओं, सब भुवनों को देखता हुआ जा रहा है,पर सब देश तो उसके हृदय में ही स्थित हैं,  अतः उसे जब कभी स्वर्ग की प्राप्ति होगी, तब उसे अपने हृदय में ही होगी। तबतक वह आसंख्यात स्थानों में, प्रभु की इस अगम्य सृष्टि के करोड़ों भुवनों को देखता हुआ विचर रहा है चौबीस घंटे ज्ञान और कर्म को कुछ-न- कुछ चेष्टा करता हुआ स्वर्ग को ढूंढ रहा है,अपने इन पंखों को फड़फड़ाता हुआ निरन्तर गति कर रहा है। ओह ! यह कब अपने लक्ष्य पर पहुंचेगा? किस दिन अपने पंखों को समेट कर बैठेगा? इसके पंख तो हजारों हजारों-हज़ारों दिनों से खुले हुए हैं !

jab tak prayaas huaa na saphal hokar bechain sahate rahe purna hogi kalpanaayen, kalpanaayen karate rahe ।।

Gyaan- karm ke bal par swarg- kamanaa karataa rahaa

Gyaan- karm do parnnon se karataa hai gatiyaan failaa ke pankh 

Ai hans! baith jaa, pankh samet, chhod de bhay ho jaa ni:shank

ai hans!bhogon se ho jaa virakt ud janaa hai anandadhaam bandhan se mukti kaa maun saphar, paar lagaa denge bhagavan 

mukti milegi chirakaal tak,janma bandhan se hogaa uparaam

 Countless days passed but the heavenly-desired continued to go.

 Until the effort was not successful, restlessly endure, imagination will be fulfilled, imagination will be fulfilled.

 He wanted to become 'green' in heaven and kept flying 

 By virtue of knowledge- karma, he wished for heaven 

 Since when this swan has been flying, looking for the heavenly path.

 Thousands of days have passed, but the wings remain spread 

 Neither the desired- heaven was found nor the flight took the journey 

 Heaven- pratar wants to take divine qualities in the heart

 Ever young, Immortality, unselflessness are the shelters of these divinities 

 Various vagina and various countries seeing object worlds rhythm of heaven-attainment every country for whom the heart is made.

 Day and night every moment tried, heaven is looking for this swan 

 Knowledge does action with two leaves moves spreading wings 

 O swan!  Sit down, gather your wings, leave the fear and be without doubt your soul. 

 O swan! Be detached from pleasures and fly to Ananddham The silent journey of liberation from bondage, Lord will cross 

 Mukti milegi chirkal tak,janm bandhan se hoga uparam praan.

 Man is moving every moment.  The being is day and night desirous of attaining some desired object or of removing someone's suffering and he always does something for it.  The soul cannot find peace until it reaches a state where it will lack nothing, where all its desires will be fulfilled, all suffering will be eliminated.  He has been flying for a long time to get to heaven.  When will it reach its desired world?  It has been constantly seeking that heaven with the help of knowledge and action for some time!  He acts according to the knowledge he gets about attaining happiness. After doing the karma, he gets some other new experience (knowledge) and then he acts according to it.  Thus this swan is flying away shaking the wings of its knowledge and action (movement from inside to outside and movement from outside to inside, prana and apana).  Thousands of days have passed but his wings are still spread.  He does not get the desired heaven and he does not stop his flight.  But the funny thing is that all the gods of heaven, all the god-qualities of immortality, immortality, selflessness, perfection, etc., all the gods--have been carrying in their hearts.  He is flying in millions of vaginas in people, in various countries. 

 He is seeing all the produced things of this world, all the worlds, but all the countries are situated in his heart, so whenever he attains heaven, it will be in his heart.  Until then he is wandering in innumerable places, seeing the millions of worlds of this inaccessible creation of the Lord, twenty-four hours a day, trying something to knowledge and action, seeking heaven, flapping his wings and moving constantly  is.  Oh !  When will it reach its goal?  What day will it fold its wings?  Its wings have been open for thousands and thousands of days!
