*ओ३म् अन्ति॑वामा दू॒रे अ॒मित्र॑मुच्छो॒र्वीं गव्यू॑ति॒मभ॑यं कृधी नः ।*

*या॒वय॒ द्वेष॒ आ भ॑रा॒ वसू॑नि चो॒दय॒ राधो॑ गृण॒ते म॑घोनि ॥*

ऋग्वेद 7/77/4

अनुपम सौन्दर्य भरी उषा

तुम गगन में अद्भुत बन चमको

रात्रि के इस तम-स्तोमरूप 

जो अमित्र बना उसे दूर करो

अनुपम सौन्दर्य भरी उषा

अन्धकार की भूल-भुलैया में

विस्तीर्ण मार्ग को पार करा

रात्रि का काल करे भयभीत

इसे हटा के निर्भय यात्रा करा

जीवन के सफर में निर्भयता

का प्रकाश जगा के व्यथा हरो

अनुपम सौन्दर्य भरी उषा

जो यह भाव विद्वेष के चित्त में लिए

आपस में बढ़ा आ रहे वैमनस्य

इस दुरित से जागा है दुर्दैव

जीवन के लिए यह नहीं है शस्य

हे ऊषा !! तव अमृत-किरणों 

से उज्जवल मैत्री भाव भरो

अनुपम सौन्दर्य भरी उषा

चमकाओ प्रेम का हृदय-पटल

करो कालिमा रहित विशाल हृदय

सौहार्द का धन तुमसे पाकर

उल्लास भरा रहे हर समय

ऐश्वर्य ज्ञान का दान करो

हम प्रभु भक्तों का लाभ करो

विस्तीर्ण = विशाल

वैमनस्य = शत्रुता

दुरित = बुराई,पाप

दुर्दैव = दुर्भाग्य, बदकिस्मती

शस्य = श्रेष्ठ, उत्तम, प्रशंसनीय

सौहार्द = सद्भाव, अच्छे भाव

*प्रस्तुत भजन से सम्बन्धित पूज्य श्री ललित साहनी जी का  स्वाध्याय-सन्देश :-- 👇👇*

चमको हे उषा ! चमको

अनुपम सौंदर्य के साथ, ऊषा! तुम गगन में चमको। रात्रि के तम:-रूप अमित्र को दूर करो। अन्धकार को किनारे लगाकर विस्तीर्ण मार्ग, जिसे हमें पार करना है, उसे दर्शाओ। रात्रि काल में मन में जो भय व्यापा हुआ था, उसे हटाकर हमें दीर्घ जीवन-यात्रा के लिए निर्भर कर दो। विद्वेष भार को उठाए रखकर सफल यात्रा हो सकना संभव नहीं है। अतः हमारे चित्त में जो पारस्परिक विद्वेष की भावनाएं भरी हुई हैं, उन्हें हे उषा! हमारे अन्दर से निकाल दो। अथवा यह कहना अधिक ठीक है कि कालीमा-रहित तुम्हारे उज्जवल प्रकाश से प्रेरणा लेकर हम विद्वेष की कालिमा को दूर करके पारस्परिक प्रेम की भावनाओं से अपने हृदय को उज्जवल कर लें।

हे उषा! तुम सौहार्द के धन हमें प्रदान करो। तुमसे शिक्षा लेकर हम ज्ञान के प्रकाश और हार्दिक उल्लास के साथ सदा सफलता की ओर ही पग बढ़ाते जाएं। 

हे प्रकाश के ऐश्वर्य से भरपूर उषा! हम प्रभु भक्तों को निरन्तर उक्त लाभ प्राप्त कराती  रहो।

हे नारी! तुम भी उषा हो। उषा भौतिक प्रकाश से युक्त होती है, तुम ज्ञान के प्रकाश से युक्त हो। उषा में प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य होता है, तुममें अपने सद्गुणों का सौंदर्य है। यदि तुम्हारे अन्दर अमैत्री के भाव पनप रहे हैं, तो उन्हें दूर कर दो। स्वयं सन्मार्ग की राही, निर्भय, निर्द्वेष प्रेममयी, सफलता को चूमने वाली तथा ऐश्वर्य शालिनी होती हुई हमें भी वैसा ही बनाओ। हे आध्यात्मिक ऊषा! तुम भी हमारे जीवन में चमको। काम क्रोध लोभ मोह आदि अमित्रों को हमसे दूर कर दो। उर्ध्वयात्रा के लिए विशाल और कंटकाकीर्ण मार्ग को हमारे लिए सुगम करके हमें आने वाले विघ्नों से निर्भय कर दो। द्वेष और अध्यात्म साधना एक-दूसरे के विरोधी हैं, अतः द्वेष को हमारे अन्दर से निकाल दो। आन्तरिक दिव्य वसु और दिव्य सफलता हमें प्रदान करो।

tum gagan mein adbhut ban chamako

raatri ke is tam-stomaroop 

jo amitra banaa use door karo

anupam saundarya bharee ushaa

andhakaar kee bhool-bhulaiyaa mein

visteern maarg ko paar karaa

raatri ka kaal kare bhayabheet

ise hataa ke nirbhaya yaaatraa karaa

jeevan ke saphar mein nirbhayataa

ka prakaash jagaa ke vyathaa haro

anupam saundary bharee usha

jo ye bhaav vidvesh ke chitta mein liye

aapas mein badhaa rahe vaimanasya

is durit se jaagaa hai durdaiv

jeevan ke lie ye nahin hai shasya

In this darkness of night

Remove the one who has become an enemy

Dawn filled with matchless beauty

Cross the wide path in the labyrinth of darkness

Make the time of night afraid

By removing it  Travel fearlessly

In the journey of life, awaken the light of fearlessness

Remove the pain

The dawn is full of matchless beauty

Which has this feeling of hatred in the mind

Increasing enmity among us

This misfortune has awakened

This is not a crop for life

Oh dawn!!  Fill me with bright friendship with your nectar-rays

Unparalleled beauty filled dawn

Shine the heart with love

Make my large heart free from darkness

Having received the wealth of harmony from you

May I always be filled with joy

Donate wealth and knowledge

Shine, O Usha! Shine

With matchless beauty, O Usha! Shine in the sky. Remove the enemy in the form of darkness of the night. Put aside the darkness and show us the wide path which we have to cross. Remove the fear that had spread in our minds during the night and make us dependent on it for a long journey of life. It is not possible to have a successful journey by carrying the burden of hatred. Therefore, O Usha! Remove from within us the feelings of mutual hatred that are filled in our minds. Or it would be more correct to say that taking inspiration from your bright light without any darkness, we should remove the darkness of hatred and brighten our hearts with the feelings of mutual love.

O Usha! Provide us with the wealth of harmony. Learning from you, we should always move towards success with the light of knowledge and heartfelt joy.

 O Usha, full of the splendor of light! Keep providing the above benefits to us, the devotees of the Lord, continuously.

O woman! You are also Usha. Usha is filled with physical light, you are filled with the light of knowledge. Usha has natural beauty, you have the beauty of your virtues. If feelings of enmity are growing within you, then remove them. Being yourself on the right path, fearless, loveless, one who kisses success and is full of prosperity, make us like that too. O spiritual Usha! You also shine in our lives. Remove from us the enemies like lust, anger, greed, attachment etc. Make the vast and thorny path easy for us for upward journey and make us fearless of the obstacles that come our way. Hatred and spiritual practice are opposed to each other, so remove hatred from within us. Provide us with internal divine Vasu and divine success.
