*ओ३म् अम्बि॑तमे॒ नदी॑तमे॒ देवि॑तमे॒ सर॑स्वति।*

*अ॒प्र॒श॒स्ताइ॑व स्मसि॒ प्रश॑स्तिमम्ब नस्कृधि॥*

ऋग्वेद 2/41/16

हे अम्बे माँ !! 

हृदय में तू समा 

हमें भगवती की चेतना से 

भाग्यवन्त बना 

सुसंस्कारों के बीज वपन कर 

प्रेरणा की धाराओं में 

मन को लहरा 

हे अम्बे माँ !! 

किया है आत्मनिरीक्षण 

तो यह लगा 

हम पे अनार्ष  ग्रन्थों का 

ऐसा पड़ा परदा 

अप्रशस्त ज्ञान लेके 

कर्म में पड़ा 

सच्ची उपासना का 

रास्ता भी दूर हुआ 

मूर्ति-वनस्पति को 

मान लिया ईश्वर 

मानव समाज इस तरह से 

भटक गया 

हे अम्बे माँ !! 

मन और आत्मा 

बने हुए मरुस्थल 

तू सरस्वती की मञ्जुल 

बहा धार प्रबल 

तू दिव्य देवी है कि 

तुझ में ईश-प्रेरणा 

सुसंस्कारों की तू 

बहती हुई नदियाँ  

निज पयोधरों से 

दिव्य अमृत बहा 

पशुता से बचाकर 

मानव से देवता बना 

हे अम्बे माँ !!

हे मां सरस्वती !

हमने आज आत्म निरीक्षण किया है, तो हमें लग रहा है कि हम अप्रशस्तों जैसे हो गए हैं। हमारा ज्ञान अप्रशस्त है, हम अनार्ष ग्रंथों में जो असंभव, प्रत्यक्षादि प्रमाणों के विरुद्ध बातें, ईश्वरीय नियमों के विपरीत बातें लिखी हैं, उन्हेंं हम प्रमाण मान बैठे हैं और उन अतर्कसंगत बातों का प्रचार भी करते रहते हैं। हमारे कर्म भी अप्रशस्त हैं। जब ज्ञान ही अप्रशस्त है। तब उसका प्रभाव कर्मों पर पड़ना स्वाभाविक ही है। ना हम ब्राह्मणोचित कर्म करते हैं, ना क्षत्रियोचित,न वैश्योचित, न ही शूद्र के सेवा व्रत को अपनाते हैं। हमारी उपासना-पद्धति भी सदोष है

हम मूर्ति को भगवान मान बैठे हैं, या किन्हीं वृक्ष वनस्पतियों को ईश्वर के रूप में पूजते हैं, या किन्हीं मनुष्य को हमने परमेश्वर मान लिया है। हम अपनी इस 

अप्रशस्त स्थिति से तंग आ चुके हैं और अब प्रशस्त बनना चाहते हैं।

इसके लिए अब मां सरस्वती को पुकारते हैं।

सरस्वती है भागवत चेतना या ईश्वरीय प्रेरणा। भागवत चेतना का "जब मानव चेतना पर हो जाता है, तब मानव देव बन जाता है। ईश्वरीय प्रेरणा की धारा जब मानव के अन्तरात्मा को आप्लावित कर देती है, तब भी मानव देव बन जाता है।

इसके विपरीत जब मानव चेतना को पाशविक चेतना या आसुरी चेतना प्रभावित कर ली, तब मानव पशु या असुर बन जाता है। भागवत चेतना या ईश्वरीय प्रेरणा हमारी 'अम्बा' है, मां है, सबसे बड़ी मां है।वह मां के समान हमें कुसंस्कारों से

बचाकर हमारे अन्तःकरण में सुसंस्कारों का बीज- वपन करने वाली है। यह भागवत चेतना या ईश्वरीय प्रेरणा धारा रूप में हमारी मनोभूमि पर बहने के कारण नदी है, सब भौतिक नदियों से बड़ी नदी है। हमारा मरुस्थल बना हुआ मन और आत्मा इस धरा से सरस हो उठता है। यह भागवत चेतना या ईश्वरीय प्रेरणा दिव्य होने के कारण देवी है, सबसे बड़ी देवी है।

इस सरस्वती से हम याचना करते हैं कि हे मां ! अपने पयोधरों से सरस दिव्य अमृतमयी धारा बहा कर तुम हमें अप्रशस्त से प्रशस्त बना दो, मानव से देव बना दो,पशुता से ऊपर उठाकर दिव्यता से सरसा दो।    

सनातन और नवीन का अद्भुत समन्वय

विरले ही मनुष्य होते हैं जिन्हें की आत्मा, परमात्मा, ईश्वर, ब्रह्म आदि की चर्चा रोज़-रोज़ रुचिकर लगती है, आनन्ददायी लगती है। हम साधारण लोगों को तो यह चर्चा पुरानी, जीर्ण, घिसी पिटी हुई, बासी और नीरस ही लगती है। जब हमें रोज़- रोज़ समाज- मन्दिर कि वेद कथा में जाने को,  नैय्तिक प्रार्थना में उपस्थित होने को या दैनिक भजन-कीर्तन में सम्मिलित होने को कहा जाता है तो हम प्रायः कहते हैं "हम वहां जाकर क्या करेंगे? वह तो रोज़ वही एकरस मामला चलता है, वहां कुछ नई बात तो मिलती नहीं"। वास्तव में यह सच है कि जिसमें कुछ नई चीज न मिलती हो, कुछ नवीनता ना होती हो, वह वस्तु हमें कभी रसदायी नहीं हो सकती, आनन्ददायी नहीं हो सकती। जिन लोगों को प्रतिदिन ईश्वर-भजन करने में आनन्द आता है उन्हें इसलिए आनन्द आता है, क्योंकि सचमुच उन भक्तों के लिए वे प्रभु नित्य नए होते रहते हैं, नित्य नया जीवन देते हुए मिलते हैं, हमें ईश्वर का ध्यान करने में तभी रुचि होती है जब उसका ध्यान हमें नित्य नया आनन्द देता है। सच्चा जप करने वाला वही है जिसे प्रभु का महापुराना नाम लेते हुए और उसे बार-बार लेते हुए भी प्रत्येक बार में प्रभु नाम के उच्चारण से नया-नया उत्साह, नया-नया ज्ञान, नई-नई भक्ति की उमंग और नया-नया प्रेम का रस मिलता है।

अरे मेरे भाइयो! यह दिन-रात कितने पुराने हैं, उन्हें तुम भी अपने जन्मदिन से लेकर आज तक बिल्कुल उसी एक रूप में रोज़ रोज़ आते हुए देख रहे हो, फिर भी यह तुम्हें पुराने, घिसे पिटे हुए, नीरस क्यों नहीं लगते? इसका कारण यह है कि दिन रातों में तुम जीवन पाते रहे हो, प्रतिदिन विकसित होते गए हो। इसी तरह जब तुम उस परमेश्वर में रहने लगोगे, उसमें प्रतिदिन आध्यात्मिक विकास पाने लगोगे तो तुम भी कह उठोगे--"वह अनादि कालीन पुराना सनातन प्रभु मेरे लिए प्रतिदिन फिर-फिर नया होता है, प्रत्येक आज में, प्रत्येक नये दिन में फिर-फिर नया होता है।"

 When I did introspection, I felt that the veil of non-vedic scriptures has fallen on us. With incomplete knowledge, we got involved in our actions. The path of true worship has also been lost. Idols and plants have been considered as God. Human society has gone astray in this way. Oh Mother Ambe!! Mind and soul have become deserts. You are the gentle and strong flow of Saraswati. You are a divine goddess. You have God's inspiration in you. You are the flowing river of good values. You have poured divine nectar from your breasts. Saving us from animality, you have transformed humans into gods. Oh Mother Ambe!!  You reside in our hearts

Make us fortunate with the consciousness of Bhagvati

Sow the seeds of good values

Make the mind float in the streams of inspiration

Oh mother Ambe ❗

Today we have introspected and we feel that we have become like the unrefined. Our knowledge is unrefined. We have accepted as evidence the things written in the non-vedic scriptures which are impossible, contrary to evidences and against divine laws and we keep propagating those illogical things. Our actions are also unrefined. When the knowledge itself is unrefined, then it is natural that it affects our actions. We neither perform the actions befitting a Brahmin, nor those befitting a Kshatriya, nor those befitting a Vaishya, nor do we follow the vow of service of a Shudra. Our method of worship is also flawed. We have considered idols as God, or worship some trees and plants as God, or we have considered some human being as God. We are fed up with this unrefined state of ours and now want to become prosperous. For this, we call upon Mother Saraswati. Saraswati is Bhagwat consciousness or divine inspiration.  "When Bhagwat consciousness takes over human consciousness, then man becomes a god. When the flow of divine inspiration floods the inner soul of a human, then also the human becomes a god.

On the contrary, when animalistic consciousness or demonic consciousness influences human consciousness, then the human becomes an animal or a demon. Bhagwat consciousness or divine inspiration is our 'Amba', mother, the greatest mother. Like a mother, she saves us from bad sanskars and sows the seeds of good sanskars in our inner being. This Bhagwat consciousness or divine inspiration is a river because it flows in the form of a stream on our mind, it is a river bigger than all physical rivers. Our desert-like mind and soul become fertile from this land. This Bhagwat consciousness or divine inspiration is a goddess because it is divine, it is the greatest goddess.

We pray to this Saraswati that O mother! By flowing the fertile divine nectar-like stream from your breasts, you make us prosperous from unpromising, make us gods from humans, raise us above animality.  Fill it with divinity.

There are very few people who find the daily discussions of the soul, the Supreme Soul, God, Brahma interesting and enjoyable. We ordinary people find these discussions old, worn out, worn out, stale and dull. When we are asked to go to the Veda Katha in the community or temple every day, attend the Naiyatik prayers or participate in the daily Bhajans and Kirtans, we often say "What will we do by going there? It is the same monotonous affair every day, we don't get anything new there". In fact, it is true that something that does not give us anything new, does not have any novelty, can never be interesting or enjoyable. Those who enjoy doing God's Bhajans every day, they enjoy it because for those devotees, the Lord is always new, he is found giving us new life every day. We get interested in meditating on God only when his meditation gives us new joy every day.  The true practitioner of Japa is the one who, while taking the ancient name of the Lord and taking it repeatedly, gets new enthusiasm, new knowledge, new zeal of devotion and new love each time by pronouncing the name of the Lord.

Oh my brothers! These days and nights are so old, you too have been seeing them coming in the same form every day from your birthday till today, yet why do they not seem old, worn out, dull to you? The reason for this is that you have been getting life in days and nights, you have been developing every day. Similarly, when you start living in that Supreme God, start getting spiritual development in him every day, then you too will say--"That ancient, eternal God becomes new again and again for me every day, he is new again and again in every today, in every new day."
