_ये सन्सार सपन की माया_  *(1)* :- इस पंक्ति को "ब्रह्म सत्यं जगत् मिथ्या" के अर्थ में नहीं परन्तु नाशवान् क्षणभंगुर के अर्थ में लेना चाहिए |

_शीतल छाँव में रहें तुम्हारे_ *(2)* 

_तेरी छाया में आनन्द दीखे_ *(2)*  :- तुलना कीजिये यजुर्वेद 25/13 "यस्य॑ छा॒यामृतं॒"  = जिसका आश्रय ही मोक्ष सुख दायक है  

_आओ विराजो हृदय के द्वारे_ *(3)*   :- :- तुलना कीजिये यजुर्वेद के मन्त्र 36/8 "इन्द्रो॒ विश्व॑स्य राजति ।" अर्थात् परम ऐश्वर्यशाली भगवान् !!! सब संसार के मध्य में अर्थात् मत अन्दर-बाहर राज करता है अर्थात् परमेश्वर अन्तर्यामी होकर सर्वोपरि विराजमान है, सब विश्व ईश्वर का राज्य है |

_This world is a dream's illusion_ *(1)* :- This line should not be taken in the sense of "Brahma satyam jagat mithya" but in the sense of perishable and ephemeral.

 _May I live in your cool shade_ *(2)* 

_May I find joy in your shade_ *(2)* :- Compare Yajurveda 25/13 "Yasya॑ Chha॒yaamṛtam॒" = Whose shelter alone gives salvation and happiness 

_Come and sit at your heart's door_ *(3)*  :- :- Compare Yajurveda mantra 36/8 "Indro॒ vishva॑sya rajati."  That is, the most glorious God!!!  In the middle of the whole universe, that is, religion rules inside and outside, that is, God is omniscient and sits supreme, the whole universe is the kingdom of God.
