हे पावन त्रिभुवन ! तुम अपने जगत् को पावन कर रहे तुम्हरे बिन संसार है बिल्कुल मलिन, पापों में रहे 

हे पावन........ 

होता रहता है जगत् विकृत ये नाना प्रकार से 

किन्तु तुम्हारी पवित करती धाराएं हैं संसार में

जग के सब क्षेत्र की मालिनता दूर भी तुम कर रहे ।। 

हे पावन........ 

जो मनुष्य तुम्हारी शुद्धता जानकर शुद्ध हो रहे 

अपने मन-मस्तिष्क हृदय में पवित बीज को बो रहे 

काम,क्रोध,विकार तज के नित्य पावन बन रहे ।। 

हे पावन....... 

पवित्र अन्तःकरण में सात्विक धाराएं देतीं आनन्द 

हितु- हृदय को सरस करती हृदय में लाती हैं वसन्त 

वाणी कर सकती न वर्णन अनुभव अंत:करण करे ।। 

हे पावन ....... 

द्वेष, क्रोध, जड़ता आदि से भरे जिनके हृदय 

उनके शुष्क हृदय में शक्ति का तो रहता है विलय

वह क्या जाने रस का आनन्द और आल्हाद गॅंवा  रहे 

हे पावन.......

हे त्रिभुवन तुम अपने जग को पावन कर रहे 

तुम्हरे बिन संसार है बिल्कुल मलिन पापों में रहे 

हे पावन........ 

मन-विकार का है यह सूखा या गीला मल जाए निकल स्पन्दन होना आरम्भ होगा आनन्द रस पाएगा विमल

हृदय-मानस भक्ति के भाव से लेगा आनन्द हिलोरें अरे ! 

हे पावन....... 

उन पवित्र हृदयों में हे 'पवमान' सोम जुड़ रहे 

इस सखित्व की एकता के बल पे भक्ति रस रसे 

भिक्षा मांगते हम हे सोम! भक्ति रस रसाये रखें । ऋ

हे पावन....... 

हे जगत के शुद्धि कर्ता भक्ति शरस को बहाये रखें 

अपना स्वरित सखित्व हृदय में तव कृपा से सजाए रखें भक्ति भाव का प्रेम सम्बन्ध पे देव दया का हाथ रखें।। 

हे पावन..... 

अन्त:करण को भक्ति रस से आर्द्र करें मैत्री भाव भरें

ना विषैले रस पियें ना ही तो उनका ध्यान करें

पाना है विशुद्ध आनन्द शरण में तुम्हरी रहें

मालिन= गंदा. अपवित्र

पवित= शुद्ध, निर्मल

हितु= हितकारी

विलय= समा जाना, भी विलीन हो जाना

आल्हाद= अत्यन्त प्रसन्नता

स्पन्दन= कांपना, फड़फड़ाना

विमल =शुद्ध पवित्र

पवमान= अत्यन्त पवित्र

हिलोर= आनन्द से झूमना

स्वर्ग की ओर

आर्द्र= गीला, स्नेह से भरा हुआ

हे त्रिभुवन पावन ! तुम अपने स्पर्श से इस सब जगत को पवित्रता दे रहे हो। यह सच है कि तुम्हारे बिना यह संसार बिल्कुल मालिन है। यह संसार तो स्वभावत: सदा मालिन ही होता रहता है, विकृत होता रहता है, गन्दगियां पैदा करता रहता है, परन्तु तुम्हारी ही नाना प्रकार की पवित्र करने शवाली धाराएं नाना प्रकार से इस संसार के सब क्षेत्र से इन मालिनताओं को निरन्तर दूर करते रहती हैं। हे पवमान! हे सब जगत को अपने अनवरत प्रवाह से पवित्र करने वाले ! जो मनुष्य तुम्हारे स्वरूप की इस पवित्रता को जानते हैं,वह अपने आप को भी(अपने हृदय को भी) , पवित्र करने में लग जाते हैं, अपने अन्तःकरण से काम, क्रोध आदि विकारों को निकाल कर इसे बड़े यत्न से निर्मल बनाते हैं। जब यह पवित्र हो जाता है तो इस पवित्र अन्तःकरण में तुम्हारी सात्विक धाराएं जो आनन्दरस पहुंचाती हैं, हृदय को सदा सरस बनाये रहती हैं, उसका वर्णन वाणी से नहीं किया जा सकता। पवित्रान्त:करण भक्त लोग ही उसका अनुभव करते हैं। जिनके हृदय में द्वेष, क्रोध,जड़ता आदि का कूड़ा भरा हुआ है ,उनके शुष्क हृदय या जिन्होंने प्रेम-शक्ति का दुरुपयोग कर विषैले रसों से हृदय को गन्दा कर रखा है,उनके भी मालिन हृदय, इस परम आनन् रस का आल्हाद क्या जाने? जब मनोविकारों का यह सूखा या गीला मैल निकल जाता है,तभी मनुष्य के हृदय में तुम्हारे पवित्र रस का स्पन्दन होना प्रारम्भ होता है और उसमें फिर दिनों- दिन सात्विक रस भरता जाता है। भक्ति भाव के बढ़ने से जब भक्तों के हृदय मानस आनन्द के हिलोरें लेने लगते हैं, तो वह देखने योग्य होते हैं। हे सोम! तब उनके पवित्र हृदय का तुम 'पवमान 'के साथ सम्बन्ध जुड़ गया होता है। इस सम्बन्ध, इस सखित्व, इस एकता के कारण ही उनका हृदय सदा तुम्हारे भक्ति रस से चुआनेवाला झरना बन जाता है। हे प्रभु! यही सम्बन्ध अपना सही सखित्व हमें प्रदान करो। है सोम! हम तुझसे इस सखित्व की भिक्षा मांगते हैं। हे जगत को पवित्र करने वाले ! जिस सख्य के हो जाने से तुम्हारी पवित्रकारक धारा मनुष्य के हृदय को सदा भक्तिरस से रसमय बनाए रखती है,इस सखित्व की भिक्षा हमें प्रदान करो। हम अपने हृदय को पवित्र करते हुए तुमसे यही सखित्व, यही मैत्री भाव, यही प्रेम सम्बन्ध प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं। करना चाहते हैं। यह वर हमें प्रदान करो ।

tumhare bin sansaar hai bilkul malin, 

paapon mein rahe

ye naanaa prakaar se 

kintu tumhaaree pavit karatee 

dhaaraayen hain sansaar mein

jag ke sab kshetra kee maalinataa 

door bhee tum kar rahe ..

jo manushya tumhaaree shuddhataa jaanakar shuddh ho rahe 

apane man-mastishk hriday mein pavit beej ko bo rahe 

kaam,krodh,vikaar taj ke nitya paavan ban rahe ..

tumhare bin sansaar hai bilkul malin paapon mein rahe

hriday-maanas bhakti ke bhaav se legaa aanand hiloren array !

un pavitra hrdayon mein he pavamaan som jud rahe 

is sakhitva kee ekataa ke bal pe bhakti ras rase 

bhikhshaa maangate hum he som! 

bhakti ras rasaaye rakhen .

he jagat ke shuddhi kartaa bhakti sharas ko bahaaye rakhen 

apanaa swarit sakhitva hriday mein tav kripa se sajaaye rakhen 

bhakti bhaav kaa prem sambandh pe dev daya kaa haath rakhen..

antahakaran ko bhakti ras se aardra karen maitree bhaav bharen

naa vishailay ras piyen naa hee to unaka dhyaan karen

O Holy Tribhuvan! You are purifying your world. Without you, the world is completely dirty, living in sins.

O Holy...

The world keeps getting distorted in many ways.

But your streams are purifying the world.

You are also removing the impurities of all the areas of the world.

O Holy...

The people who are becoming pure by knowing your purity,

Sowing the pure seeds in their minds and hearts,

Leaving behind lust, anger, and vices, they are becoming pure forever.

O Holy...

The Satvik streams in the pure heart give joy,

Make the heart delightful and bring spring in the heart.

Words cannot describe it, the heart can experience it.

 O holy one.......

Those whose hearts are filled with hatred, anger, inertia etc.

In their dry hearts, energy remains dissolved

How would they know that they are losing the joy and happiness of rasa

O holy one.......

Part 2

O Tribhuvan, you are purifying your world

Without you, the world is completely dirty and remains in sins

O holy one........

This is the dry or wet of the mind's disorder, if it is rubbed off, the vibration will start and the rasa of bliss will be attained by the pure

The heart-mind will feel joy with the feeling of devotion, oh!

O holy one......

O 'Pavaman' Som is joining in those pure hearts

On the strength of this unity of friendship, the rasa of bhakti is obtained

O Som, we beg alms! Keep the rasa of bhakti present. 

O holy one.......

O purifier of the world, keep the arrow of devotion flowing

Keep your voiced friendship decorated in your heart with your grace, keep the hand of God's mercy on the loving relationship of devotion.

O holy one.....

Make your heart moist with the nectar of devotion, fill it with the feeling of friendship

Do not drink poisonous juices, nor meditate on them

If you want to attain pure happiness, stay in your refuge

O holy one......

O Tribhuvan Pavan! You are purifying this whole world with your touch. It is true that without you this world is completely impure. This world by nature always keeps getting impure, keeps getting deformed, keeps creating dirt, but your various types of purifying streams keep removing these impurities from all areas of this world in various ways. O Pavamaan! O the one who purifies the whole world with your continuous flow! Those people who know this purity of your form, they start purifying themselves (their heart too), they remove the vices like lust, anger etc. from their inner conscience and make it pure with great effort. When it becomes pure, then the joy that your Satvik streams bring to this pure conscience, keep the heart always cheerful, cannot be described in words. Only the devotees with pure conscience experience it.  How can the hearts of those whose hearts are filled with the rubbish of hatred, anger, inertia etc., know the joy of this supreme bliss? When this dry or wet dirt of mental disorders is removed, then only your pure nectar starts pulsating in the heart of a person and then day by day it gets filled with satvik nectar. When the hearts of devotees start rippling with mental bliss due to the increase in devotion, then it is worth seeing. O Som! Then their pure heart is connected with you 'Pavaman'. Due to this relationship, this friendship, this unity, their heart becomes a spring always gushing with your devotional nectar. O Lord! Provide us with this relationship of your true friendship. O Som! We beg you for this friendship. O Purifier of the world!  The friendship due to which your purifying stream keeps the heart of man always filled with devotion, give us the alms of this friendship. We want to receive this friendship, this feeling of friendship, this loving relationship from you by purifying our hearts. We want to do this.
