     इ॒षे त्वो॒र्जे त्वा॑ वा॒यव॑ स्थ दे॒वो वः॑ सवि॒ता प्रार्प॑यतु॒ श्रेष्ठ॑तमाय॒ कर्म॑ण॒ऽआप्या॑यध्वमघ्न्या॒ऽइन्द्रा॑य भा॒गं प्र॒जाव॑तीरनमी॒वाऽअ॑य॒क्ष्मा मा व॑ स्ते॒नऽई॑शत॒ माघश॑ꣳसो ध्रु॒वाऽअ॒स्मिन् गोप॑तौ स्यात ब॒ह्वीर्यज॑मानस्य प॒शून् पा॑हि ॥१॥  

यजुर्वेद 1.1

 शक्ति का विस्तार, शक्ति का संरक्षण, शक्ति का श्रोत, शक्ति का केन्द्र, और शक्ति का बंटवारा।

(इषे) सात्विक खाद्य पदार्थ से प्राणियों में उत्पन्न होने वाली शक्ति वीर्य

The power of combining purity and simplicity semen produced in creatures from foods.

(त्वा) जिसके अंदर विशेष गुणों को सिंचित किया जाता है, जो माता  पिता के संस्कार अपनी संतति में पहुंचाने वाला है।

Inside which special qualities are irrigated, which is going to bring the rights of parents to their offspring.

(ऊर्जे) यह वीर्य ऊर्जा पराक्रम शक्ति का प्रमुख श्रोत है जो मानव चेतना को

This semen energy is the main source of mighty power which is the main source of power to the human consciousness.

 

(त्वा) किसी भी कार्य को सही ढंग से सिद्ध करने की सामर्थ्य उपलब्ध कराने वाला है।

It is going to provide the power to perfect any work correctly.

(वायवः) वीर्य का संबंध मानव जीव के साथ ही सभी प्राणियों के प्राण से है इसको शरीर में संचय के लिए, प्राणायाम की साधना के द्वारा जीवन का विस्तार और दीर्घायु जीव के प्राप्त होता है।

Semen is related to the life of the human being as well as all beings, for its accumulation in the body, through the cultivation of pranayama, the extension of life and the longevity of the living being is attained.

(स्थ) जो मानव अपने शरीर में वीर्य के संचय की कला का सिद्धहस्त होता है, अर्थात ब्रह्मचर्य का पालन करने वाला ब्रह्मचारी

A human being who is the master of the art of accumulation of semen in his body, i.e., the celibate who follows celibacy

 

(देवः) वह सभी जीवों में श्रेष्ठ गुणों को धारण करने वाला समग्र जगत के प्राणियों के लिए दिव्य गुणों के विस्तार में योगदान देता है और वह देवता के समान होता है।

He contributes to the expansion of divine qualities to the beings of the whole world, possessing the best qualities in all beings and he is like a god.

(वः) इस वीर्य रक्षा के ज्ञान से मानव के साथ सभी जीव अपनी संतति को निरंतर इस भूमंडल पर रक्षित रखने में समर्थ होते हैं।

With the knowledge of this semen protection, all living beings along with humans are able to preserve their offspring continuously on this planetarium.

(सविता) इस ब्रह्मचर्य के तप से ही परम पिता परमेश्वर जगत की उत्पत्ति पालन धारण और प्रलय करने में समर्थ होता है।

It is only through the penance of this celibacy that God the Father is able to observe and do the flood of the creation of the world.

(प्रार्पयतु) सभी मानव का यह परम धर्म है, की वह अपने जीवन को शक्तिशाली समृद्धि ऐश्वर्य प्रतिष्ठा की प्राप्ति की लिए इस ब्रह्मचर्य व्रत का किसी भी स्थिति में परित्याग ना करें, वीर्य का त्याग अर्थात ब्रह्मचर्य व्रत को केवल संतान उत्पत्ति के लिए ही स्त्री पुरुष करें।    

It is the ultimate religion of all human beings, that they should not give up this celibacy fast in any case to achieve the powerful prosperity of their lives, and to sacrifice semen i.e. the vow of celibacy only for the birth of children.

(श्रेष्ठतमाय) क्योंकि यह ब्रह्मचर्य अथवा वीर्य रक्षा हर प्रकार के अज्ञान अंधकार को नष्ट करने में समर्थ विश्व ब्रह्माण्ड की सबसे प्रबल शक्ति में से एक है, जैसे सूर्य अपने ताप से पृथ्वी को गर्म करता है, उसी प्रकार से मानव चेतना वीर्य के प्रभाव से शरीर को गर्म और जीवन की शक्ति से बलवान बनाती है। और स्वयं भी अपने शाश्वत आनंद को प्राप्त करने में समर्थ होती है।

Because this celibacy or semen protection is one of the strongest forces in the universe capable of destroying all kinds of ignorance darkness, just as the sun warms the earth with its heat, in the same way human consciousness warms the body with the influence of semen and strengthens the power of life. And the self is also able to achieve its eternal bliss.

 

(कर्मणे) जो मानव इस ब्रह्मचर्य की शक्ति को जानता है, और अपने जीवन में ऐसा कोई भी कार्य नहीं करता है, जिससे उसके जीवन का पतन हो अथवा वह समय से पहले मृत्यु ग्रस्त हो, वह मानव इस संसार में

The man who knows the power of this celibacy, and does not do anything in his life that causes the fall of his life or that causes premature death, that man in this world.

(आप्यायध्वम्) हर प्रकार की भौतिक, दैविक, आध्यात्मिक उन्नति को प्राप्त करता है और अपने साथ दूसरे लोगों को भी अपने साथ लेकर उनके भी संसार की सुख ऐश्वर्य संपदा को प्राप्त करने में सहयोग करता है।

He achieves all kinds of material, divine, spiritual advancements and takes other people with him and helps them to achieve the happiness and splendor of the world.

(अघ्न्याः) संसार में जो शाश्वत सुख प्राप्त करने प्रमुख साधन है, उन साधनों के सृजन रक्षण और निरंतर विस्तार के माध्यम सब के लिए सुलभ मार्ग को प्रशस्त करता है। जिससे किसी का भी नाश नहीं होता हैं सब का विकास होता है।

The creation of those means, which is the main means of attaining eternal happiness in the world, paves the way for everyone through the creation of those means, protection and continuous expansion. So that no one is destroyed, all develop.

 

 

(इन्द्राय) इस प्रकार से आत्मा को संसार का केन्द्रीय बिंदु मानकर देवताओं के समान एक दूसरे के साथ पारस्परिक सहयोग से संपूर्ण संसार के सभी क्रियाकलापों का संचालन करते हैं।     

In this way, considering the soul as the focal point of the world, the gods conduct all the activities of the whole world in mutual cooperation with each other.    

(भागम्) इस संसार का मुख्य केन्द्र मानव चेतना है, और मानव चेतना के लिए उसकी शरीर ही उसका केन्द्र है, और मानव शरीर के लिए पृथ्वी का संसाधन आवश्यक है, इस नियम सिद्धांत को जो मानव नेतृत्व कर्ता अर्थात विश्व के अग्रणी नेता हैं, वह इस प्रकार से भूमंडल के संसाधन का उपयोग करते और कराते हैं, जैसे मानव शरीर में से वीर्य का उपयोग अपनी संतति के विकास के लिए एक ब्रह्मचारी करता है।    

The main center of this world is human consciousness, and for human consciousness its body is its center, and for human consciousness its body is necessary the resource of the earth, this rule principle which is the leading leader of the world, who is the leading leader of the world, uses and uses the resources of the universe in this way, just as a celibate uses semen from the human body for the development of his offspring.

(प्रजावतीः) एक सच्चा ब्रह्मचारी ही अपनी संतान के समान अपनी प्रजा और दूसरे जगत सभी प्राणियों को उनके जीने के लिए आवश्यक संसाधन को उपलब्ध कराता है, ऐसा नहीं है की पृथ्वी के अधिकतर संसाधन का उपभोग सिर्फ मानव के लिए किया जाए, वह संयमित रूप से सभी  प्राणी को विकसित होने के लिए संसाधन का बटवारा करते हैं।

A true celibate, like his offspring, provides all beings with the resources necessary for their survival, not that most of the earth's resources are consumed only for human beings, he moderately distributes the resources for all beings to grow.

 

(अनमीवाः) जिसके कारण ही पृथ्वी पर किसी प्रकार का असंतुलन नहीं होता है, ऐसा ना होने पर पृथ्वी पर असंतुलन हो जायेगा और पृथ्वी पर मानव का रहना मुश्किल ही नहीं असंभव हो जाएगा।

Due to which there is no imbalance on the earth, if this does not happen, then there will be an imbalance on the earth and it will be impossible not only to live on earth.

 

(अयक्ष्माः) जिस प्रकार से संक्रमण से फैलने वाली किसी प्रकार की बीमारी बहुत जल्दी ही बहुत अधिक आबादी को एक साथ समाप्त कर देती है, उसी प्रकार से वीर्य का अत्यधिक मात्रा में क्षरण से मानव जाती का पतन होगा और यह सभी सामूहिक रूप से एक साथ भारी मात्रा में लोग मृत्यु ग्रस्त होंगे, 

Just as some kind of disease spread by infection very quickly eliminates too much of the population together, in the same way excessive erosion of semen will lead to the collapse of the human race and all this collectively together a large number of people will die, 

 

(मा) ऐसा ना हो इसलिए मानव को विशेष रूप से आगाह करते हुए वीर्य रक्षा का नियम पालन करना होगा।

So that this does not happen, the rule of semen protection has to be followed by a special warning to the human being.

 

(स्तेनः) यदि यह वीर्य रक्षा ब्रह्मचर्य का पालन  नहीं होगा तो मानव जाती कमजोर होगी और मानव समाज में अधिक मात्र में लोग चोर लंपट, धूर्त दूसरों की संपत्ति को लुटने वाले उत्पन्न होंगे, जिससे मानव जाती का पतन होगा और यह ना हो इसलिए

If this semen protection is not followed by celibacy, then the human race will be weak and more people in human society will be born thieves, lustful, cunning plunderers of the property of others, which will lead to the collapse of the human race and it will not.

(मा ईशत) ऐसे मानव हमारे समाज हमारे परिवार में ना उत्पन्न हो जो विषयी भोगी, कामी, और ऐसे कृत्यों को में संलग्न हो जो जिससे मानव जाती का नाश इस पृथ्वी पर हो जाए इसलिए उन्हें प्रारंभ में ही ब्रह्मचर्य की शिक्षा के माध्यम से ज्ञान को विकसित किया जाना चाहिए।

Such human beings should not be born in our family in our family who engage in the subject matter of enjoyment, deeds, and such acts that may destroy the human race on this earth, so they should develop knowledge through the teaching of celibacy at the very beginning.

(अघशंसः) दुष्ट वृत्तियों में प्रवृत्त जो जन हैं जो मानव जाती के पतन के लिए उद्योगशील हैं, उनको नियंत्रित करने के लिए जो श्रेष्ठ जन मानवता के संरक्षक हैं, वह

The best people who are the protectors of humanity to control those who are inclined in wicked tendencies who are industrious for the fall of the human race, he

 

(ध्रुवाः) अपने आपको अपने समाज को अपने देश को शक्तिशाली बनाने का जो साधन है उसके प्रति वफादार और श्रद्धा के साथ एक दृष्टिकोण रखकर एक विचार एक नियम एक सिद्धांत एक जीव की मान्यता और इसके संरक्षण के लिए ब्रह्मचर्य वीर्य रक्षा मानव खाद्य पदार्थ को उत्पन्न करने वाली पृथ्वी के समान अपने केन्द्र अपनी चेतना में स्थित रहकर स्वस्थ रह कर स्वाध्याय करके स्वयं में स्थित स्वयं का अध्ययन करते हुए    

An idea one rule one principle one principle by having a view with a belief and reverence for the means of making your society powerful in your country, one principle one principle, the recognition of an organism and its conservation, the celibacy semen protection for the sake of the earth producing human food, is located in its consciousness, staying healthy and studying itself in self-study.   

 

(अस्मिन्) इस ब्रह्मचर्य के महा व्रत के साथ सभी जीवों के साथ सहृदयता का परिचय देते हुए एक साथ

With this great determination of celibacy, introducing compassion with all beings together

(गोपतौ) इस पृथ्वी की रक्षा और इसके आवश्यक संसाधन की रक्षा, और इस पृथ्वी पर रहने वाले सभी प्राणियों की रक्षा जिस नियम से सुनिश्चित होती है उसको  

The protection of this earth and the protection of its essential resources, and the protection of all beings living on this earth is ensured by the law 

 

(स्यात) पालन करें और लोगों को भी इस को पालन करने के लिए प्रेरित और शिक्षित करें

Follow and inspire and educate people to follow this too

(बह्वीः) जिससे इस पृथ्वी पर उपस्थित मानव के साथ सभी प्राणी जो मानव जीवन के सहयोगी है, उनका निरंतर विस्तार और उनका जीवन इस पृथ्वी पर कष्ट मुक्त जीवन जीने में समर्थ हो,

So that all beings who are all beings present on this earth who are partners in human life, their continuous expansion and their lives are able to live a life free from suffering on this earth,

(यजमानस्य) वह कार्य जिससे इस भूमंडल पर सभी प्रणी के जीवन की रक्षा होती है, वह कार्य जिससे इस पृथ्वी पर वृक्ष और वनस्पतीयां भी सुरक्षित होती हैं, उस यज्ञ सात्विक पवित्र शुभ करने वाले यज्ञमान अर्थात वह मानव जो इस संसार और भूमंडल के स्थिति का अध्ययन करते हैं, उनको इस कार्य के लिए निरंतर योगदान करके आवश्यक कृत्य को संपादित कराएं,

The work by which the life of all the lovers is protected on this planet, the work by which the trees and plants on this earth are also protected, that yajna sattvik holy auspicious yajnaman, that is, the human beings who study the state of this world and the planet, make them edit the necessary act by continuously contributing to this work,

 

 (पशून्) जिससे इस पृथ्वी की संपदा को चार चांद लगाने वाले सभी जीव पशु पक्षी वृक्ष लताएँ, और औषधियां इत्यादि निरंतर,

So that all the living animals that plant four moons on the wealth of this earth, the birds, take the tree, and the medicines, etc. continuously,

 

(पाहि) मानव जाति की रक्षा के लिए हमेशा सुलभ हों, और मानव इस पृथ्वी पर हर प्रकार से प्रेम, सामंजस्य, समृद्धि, ऐश्वर्य और शांति के साथ अपना जीवन व्यतीत करने में समर्थ हो।

Let it always be accessible to protect mankind, and let human beings be able to live their lives on this earth with love, harmony, prosperity, splendor and peace in every way.

 

हिन्दी - स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती

 

     इसके प्रथम अध्याय के प्रथम मन्त्र में उत्तम-उत्तम कामों की सिद्धि के लिये मनुष्यों को ईश्वर की प्रार्थना करनी अवश्य चाहिये, इस बात का प्रकाश किया है ॥

In the first mantra of its first chapter, it has been revealed that man must pray to God for the fulfillment of the best works.

 

भावार्थभाषाः- विद्वान् मनुष्यों को सदैव परमेश्वर और धर्मयुक्त पुरुषार्थ के आश्रय से ऋग्वेद को पढ़ के गुण और गुणी को ठीक-ठीक जानकर सब पदार्थों के सम्प्रयोग से पुरुषार्थ की सिद्धि के लिये अत्युत्तम क्रियाओं से युक्त होना चाहिये कि जिससे परमेश्वर की कृपापूर्वक सब मनुष्यों को सुख और ऐश्वर्य की वृद्धि हो। सब लोगों को चाहिये कि अच्छे-अच्छे कामों से प्रजा की रक्षा तथा उत्तम-उत्तम गुणों से पुत्रादि की शिक्षा सदैव करें कि जिससे प्रबल रोग, विघ्न और चोरों का अभाव होकर प्रजा और पुत्रादि सब सुखों को प्राप्त हों, यही श्रेष्ठ काम सब सुखों की खान है। हे मनुष्य लोगो ! आओ अपने मिलके जिसने इस संसार में आश्चर्यरूप पदार्थ रचे हैं, उस जगदीश्वर के लिये सदैव धन्यवाद देवें। वही परम दयालु ईश्वर अपनी कृपा से उक्त कामों को करते हुए मनुष्यों की सदैव रक्षा करता है ॥१॥

Learned men should always be equipped with the utmost actions for the attainment of manhood by the use of all things, knowing the virtues and virtues of reading the Rigveda from the shelter of God and righteous purushartha, so that all men may be blessed with the grace of God and increase the prosperity and splendor. All people should protect the people from good deeds and always teach the son of the son with the best qualities, so that the people and the son may attain all the pleasures in the absence of strong diseases, obstacles and thieves, this is the best work of all pleasures. O mankind! Let us give thanks always to the Jagadeeswara who has created wonders in this world.  He is the Most Merciful God who always protects men by doing these things by His grace. 

    इसी मार्ग से हमारा यह विश्व रक्षित और सुरक्षित होने में सफल होगा।
