1172 प्रभु के बुद्धियोग से जीवन यज्ञ में सफलता 

हममें से बहुत से लोगों को अपनी अक़्ल का अपनी बुद्धि का बहुत अधिक अभिमान होता है । वह समझते हैं कि वह अपनी अक़्ल वह चतुराई के बल पर हर एक कार्य में सिद्धि पा लेंगे। उन्हें अपने बुद्धि- बल के सामने कुछ भी दु:साध्य नहीं दिखता, पर उन्हें यह मालूम नहीं की बहुत बार उन्हें जिन कार्यों में सफलता मिलती है वह इसलिए मिलती है कि अचानक उस विषय में उनकी समझ (बुद्धि) प्रभु के बुद्धियोग के अनुकूल होती है। असल में तो इस जगत का एक-एक छोटा- बड़ा कार्य उस प्रभु के योगबल (बुद्धियोग) द्वारा सिद्ध हो रहा है। हम मनुष्यों की बुद्धि जब प्रभु के बुद्धियोग के अनुकूल (जानबूझकर अनुकूल होती है या अचानक) होती है तब हमें दिखता है कि हमारी बुद्धि से किया कार्य सफल हो गया, पर अचानक हुई अनुकूलता के कारण जो हमें अपनी सफलता का अभिमान हो जाता है वह सर्वथा मिथ्या होता है। वह हमें केवल धोखे में रखने का कारण बनता है और कुछ नहीं, पर जो जानबूझकर प्राप्त की गई अनुकूलता होती है वही सच्ची है। यदि मनुष्य अपने कार्यों की सिद्धि चाहता है-- अपने कार्यों को सफल यज्ञ बनाना चाहता है, तो उसे यत्नपूर्वक अपनी बुद्धि को प्रभु से मिलना चाहिए,अपनी बुद्धि का प्रभु में योग करना चाहिए । हमारी बुद्धि प्रभु से युक्त हो गई है-- उसकी बुद्धि से जुड़ गई है या नहीं यह पूरी तरह से निर्णित कर लेना तो हम अल्पज्ञ पुरुषों के लिए सदा सम्भव नहीं होता। हमारे लिए तो इतना ही पर्याप्त है कि हम युक्त करने या यत्न करते जाएं। प्रभु सत्यमेव है अतः हमारी बुद्धि सदा सत्य और न्याय के अनुकूल ही रहे ( हमारे ज्ञान में जो कुछ सत्य और न्याय है, बुद्धि उसके विपरीत जरा भी निर्णय न करे) यह यत्न करना ही पर्याप्त है ।हमारी बुद्धि के प्रभु से योग करने का यत्न तब परिपूर्ण हो जाता है, अर्थात् इस योग में प्रभु व्याप्त हो जाते हैं, तभी यह कार्य सिद्ध हो जाता है, अतः हमें अपनी बुद्धियों का अभिमान छोड़कर हमारे यज्ञ कार्यों में जो बड़े प्रसिद्ध अक़्लमंद लोग हैं उनके बुद्धि बल पर भरोसा करना छोड़कर, नम्र होकर अपनी बुद्धियों को सत्य और न्याय तत्पर बनकर प्रभु से जोड़ने का यत्न करना चाहिए। हम चाहे कितने बुद्धिमान् हों पर हमें सदा अपनी बुद्धि प्रभु से जोड़कर रखनी चाहिए। प्रभु के अधिष्ठान के बिना कोई भी यज्ञ- कार्य सफल नहीं हो सकता।

बुद्धियोग तो देन प्रभु की 

रूप है जिसका सुहाना

भाव जो आए निज अभिमान का 

सफलता व्यर्थ ही जाए ।।

चाहता है यदि कार्यों की सिद्धि 

कर्मों को यज्ञ बनाना 

यज्ञ-सफलता रंग लाएगी 

बुद्धि को प्रभु में ले जाना 

प्रभु का योग हो जब बुद्धि में 

निर्णय सही सुहाये

 बुद्धियोग....... 

हम अल्पज्ञ हैं, नहीं है सम्भव 

सतत् यत्न दोहरायें 

प्रभु है सत्यमय, न्याय- महारथी 

सर्वथा ज्ञान बढ़ाए 

ज्ञान हमारा सत्य -न्याय से 

दूर न होने पाए 

बुद्धियोग........ 

बुद्धि जब प्रभु-योग में जाए 

सफल प्रयत्न हो जाते 

बुद्धियोग में प्रभु व्याप्त हैं 

कार्य  की सिद्धि दिलाते 

अधिष्ठान जब प्रभु का होवे 

यज्ञ सफल हो जाए

Alpgya = limited knowledge, one with little knowledge

Make life successful in life-sacrifice by the wisdom-yoga

With truth-wisdom and cleverness

Don't be proud of your wisdom

Actions shouldn't be arbitrary

Buddhiyoga is the gift of the Lord

Whose form is pleasant

If the feeling of self-pride comes

Success goes in vain.

Success of sacrifice will be fruitful

Taking the intellect to God

When God is in the intellect

Decisions seem right

Let our knowledge not go away from truth and justice

1172 Success in life's sacrifice by the power of God's intellect

Many of us are very proud of our intelligence. They think that they will be able to achieve success in every task by the power of their intelligence and cleverness. They do not see anything impossible in front of their intelligence, but they do not know that many times the tasks in which they get success are because suddenly their understanding (intellect) about that subject is in accordance with the power of God's intellect. Actually, every small and big task of this world is being accomplished by the power of God's yoga (buddhiyoga). When the intellect of us humans is in accordance with the power of God's intellect (whether it is in accordance deliberately or suddenly), then we see that the work done by our intellect has been successful, but the pride of our success due to sudden favorability is completely false. It only causes us to be deceived and nothing else, but the favorability that is deliberately obtained is the true one.  If a man wants to achieve success in his tasks, wants to make his tasks a successful sacrifice, then he should make efforts to unite his intellect with God, should unite his intellect with God. It is not always possible for us, the people of less knowledge, to decide whether our intellect has become united with God or has joined His intellect or not. It is enough for us to keep making efforts to unite. God is Satyameva, therefore our intellect should always be in accordance with truth and justice (whatever is true and just in our knowledge, the intellect should not decide against it at all). It is enough to make this effort. The effort to unite our intellect with God becomes complete then, that is, God pervades this yoga, only then this task is accomplished. Therefore, we should leave the pride of our intellects and stop relying on the intellect of the very famous intelligent people in our sacrifices, be humble and try to unite our intellects with God by being ready for truth and justice.

No matter how intelligent we are, we should always keep our intellect connected to the Lord. Without the Lord's abode, no yajna can be successful.
